RSS Feeds

For those who prefer a more continuous flow of information, the National Heart Forum also provides a range of RSS feeds for you to use.

Below is a selection of feeds of news and research on various topics. You can choose to either subscribe to only news OR research updates for a topic, or you can subscribe to the news and research feed to receive everything for that topic. Please note that some topics will receive more frequent updates due to the nature of their coverage by the press and research journals.

If you'd like a bit of everything, but don't want to subscribe to multiple feeds, you should try our single News and research - ALL items feed (listed under general topics below).

Need to know more about RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.

An RSS feed is a way of keeping up to date with news without having to visit a news provider's website.

How do I subscribe to an RSS feed?

You will need an RSS feed reader or aggregator in order to subscribe to a feed. If you use this method to subscribe to feeds all you need to do is copy and paste the link for the feed you want to subscribe to into your feed reader. There is a variety of different feed readers available online and most are free to use.

Alternatively some browsers allow you to add a bookmark for an RSS feed to your bookmarks toolbar. You can then view the latest news by clicking on the bookmark link.
