e-News Briefing Service Survey Report

The National Heart Forum opened a survey in June 2008 on its e-News briefing service to obtain a better understanding of the needs, overall satisfaction, with the service and new and innovative ideas from its growing list of subscribers. The survey closed on 04 August 2008 and this report summarises the 194 responses (response rate 13%) which were received and highlights key findings and recommendations.
